In advance of the implementation of the revised NIH public access policy, effective July 1, 2025, an Office of Scholarly Communication/Project Transform joint working group (including UC faculty and representatives from UC libraries and research offices) has developed guidance for the UC OSC site to assist UC authors in understanding and complying with the policy.
